Commitment to Safety for Residents
Paradise Villa is committed to providing a Covid Safe Environment. This past week at Paradise Villa we had our second round of shots to help protect our staff and our residents from the Covid virus that has slowly become a part of our everyday worries about the daily decisions we have to make.
All residents in the building were inoculated and all of the staff at Paradise Villa were present for the shot. This is one small step closer to us getting back to a sense of normalcy in our daily lives and helping for our residents to have an increased feeling of safety.
Mild symptoms were felt by some of the staff and residents, but as one of our veteran residents put it “those are a small price to pay for the security of having a chance of seeing our loved ones again”.
Partnering with Local Pharmacies such as Walgreens
Our partners at Walgreens were amazing and thorough. We are committed to these prevention measures and will host a third clinic to catch any resident who might have missed their doses and inoculate new residents as well. A sore arm is small sacrifice in this fight of the virus.
That a single act such as providing vaccination events can create a meaningful ripple effect in the lives of those around them.
