At our Assisted living in Santa Cruz, CA, we know the health benefits of activities. For instance, our arts and crafts projects can help with engaging our seniors. Therefore, our games and the like, keep elderly seniors engaged. Above all, games and fun help prevent feelings of depression. In addition, arts and crafts help with hand-eye coordination, brain function, and focus for our seniors under our care.
Our Director invites you to tour with us. By touring our assisted living you will then see how fun senior living can be. For example, we have Coffee Filter Craft – For this craft, the seniors will be dress up coffee filters to use as the background for one of the many spooky Halloween cutouts (haunted house, witch’s hat, spider, jack-o-lantern, bat, cat). We will use the craft to dress up some of our windows!!
